Having worked and lived in four continents in the past 25 years, Patrick Veron has led start-ups and built new businesses for both Fortune 500 and mid-size companies in different industries such as energy, transportation IT and telecommunications.
After a long career in Europe, Patrick started CARC in 2005, a joint venture initiated by Alcatel and the Government of India. As its CEO, Patrick successfully grew the company from ground zero into a multimillion-dollar entity with several hundred employees. In 2008, he reshaped Alcatel Lucent operations in Malaysia as managing director. He went on to join Cisco in Singapore to develop the Internet of Things business in the Asia Pacific region.

BNP Paribas, HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank) and led technology and start-up projects in data analytics, artificial intelligence/machine learning and in IoT. His industry experience includes Automotives, Financial Services (Banking and Insurance) and Healthcare. He is a double Master degree holder with qualifications in Economics (University of Hohenheim) and Innovation (Singapore Management University).
